M/S JP Richardson/W Wardle that we pass up School Field Day for this year and in place of Field Day we have a School Picnic and the Principal and teachcers be a Committee to arrange Sport Programme the same to be held in school grounds on June 17th.

M/S JP Richardson/W Wardle that we purchase about fifteen (15) cords of poplar wood to be cut in 16-inch lengths and piled in basement, two-thirds of wood to be 5 to 8 inches in diameter @ $5 per cord.
M/S W Wardle/Wm Hill that we re-engage our present staff of teachers at the same salaries and be prepared to meet conditions if times should get worse & Secretary urge the Principal to keep time more punctual & that the Trustees would suggest that teachers interview the Trustees before going to parents with any trouble.

During this meeting we had a very serious talk with the Principal regarding furnace and temperature and the time keeping.

M/S JP Richardson/Wm Hill that Mr Martin interview Miss Moore regarding her attitude towards some of the scholars in her room and that in future the Principal shall take charge of the punishment of any scholars in the school.

Minutes of Trustee Meeting held in School May 1, 1933

M/S JP Richardson/W Wardle that Secretary notify all three teachers that their contract expires at the end of the term and thank them for their services & that we are cutting down to a two room school.
M/S JP Richardson/Wm Hill that we have a “V” constructed on front entrance and small gate fixed along with same.
W.R.Beveridge our Inspector was present and discussed with the Trustees the advisability of arranging our school into two rooms owing to the smaller enrollment and the present financial depression.

M/S D Munro/GA Mooney that we ask for tenders for transportation of school children. Money earned to be applied on arrears of taxes or other indebtedness to the Municipality. Routes to be divided as follows – North Route from Gardners, North-West Route from Sargents, South Route from gravel road east of Nichols. For further particulars apply to Secretary.
