- During this meeting we had a very serious talk with the Principal regarding furnace and temperature and the time keeping.

- W.R.Beveridge our Inspector was present and discussed with the Trustees the advisability of arranging our school into two rooms owing to the smaller enrollment and the present financial depression.

- M/S GA Mooney/D Munro that we offer sixty ($60) per month to Miss McNivin for the 1934/35 term. Miss McNivin accepted the above offer and Mr Duncan is also agreeable to accept ($45) forty-five and free house for the 1934/35 term of ten (10) months.

Routes to be divided as follows – North Route from Gardners, North-West Route from Sargents, South Route from gravel road east of Nichols. For further particulars apply to Secretary.
